After 30 years of growing a successful manufacturing company with her husband A. John, Stella decided to sell her business and make a career change. After three years in Financial Services at New York Life, she joined The Moody Street Group in February of 2016.
A graduate of Massachusetts College of Art, Stella taught art to junior high and high school students until she married. After bringing up her two small children, Stella then worked with her husband to start a screen process printing company, Serigraphics, Inc., which produced markings for durable goods. As a result of working with product designers, engineers, and buyers, she built a solid customer base of Fortune 500 companies. When much of manufacturing was moved to China, Serigraphics was sold in 2009.
Stella has also been very active as a Choir Director and Organist since she was in high school, and continues to direct her church choir and play the organ for weddings. She is also very active as a Vice President of the Metropolis of Boston Federation of Greek Orthodox Church Musicians.
As a senior in high school, she was named the ‘Best All Round Female Athlete.’ Today, as an amateur photographer, Stella participates in the Gateway Camera Club of Framingham. She also enjoys her three grandchildren and her two adopted Greyhounds.
As part of The Moody Street Group, Stella is very much interested in providing Values Based strategies to those who are moving towards retirement. She is also involved with helping families develop their strategies for life insurance, college expenses, asset preservation, and accumulation.
